By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. Herzog Properties is a team of real estate agents affiliated with LPT Realty, a licensed real estate brokerage.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. When you provide your phone number on our website forms and check the consent box, or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Herzog Properties about your real estate inquiry. Messages may include responses to your questions, home valuations, property information, appointment scheduling and reminders, market updates and follow-up about buying or selling real estate.
Consent is not required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. You may contact us by phone or email instead.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction with us.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.
