Two very different “Castle Pines”

The City of Castle Pines

The incorporated city, formerly known as Castle Pines North, is mostly single-family neighborhoods with parks, trails and easy I-25 access at Castle Pines Parkway. It also includes The Canyons, a newer master-planned community with new construction, open space and trails.

The Village at Castle Pines

Just south, The Village is a private, gated community of luxury homes and estates on large, wooded lots. It is home to two private golf clubs, Castle Pines Golf Club and the Country Club at Castle Pines, and is one of the most prestigious addresses in the Denver area.

Homes in Castle Pines

  • Family homes from the 1990s and 2000s in the City of Castle Pines, many with views and finished basements
  • New construction in The Canyons and other newer communities
  • Luxury estates and custom homes in The Village at Castle Pines

Most neighborhoods have HOAs, and some newer areas have metro districts, so ask about dues and taxes when comparing homes.

Commute
