Adrienne Herzog is the founder of Herzog Properties, a Denver real estate team brokered by LPT Realty. She was ranked in the Top 5 in the Denver Metro area for 2026 and is among the top 1% of producing agents in Colorado, with her team closing more than 70 transactions a year. But her path to real estate started on a running track in the Netherlands.
From Dutch running champion to Colorado broker
Adrienne grew up in a small town just outside Amsterdam. She signed her first professional contract with Nike at 16 and went on to become a 7-time Dutch National Champion in the 1500 meters, a World Championship finalist and a two-time European Championship bronze medalist.
That athlete’s discipline shows up in how she works today: preparation, clear strategy and a focus on getting deals closed. Clients often mention her responsiveness and negotiation in their Google reviews.
